Role & Responsibilities

  • Set and monitor sales targets for team members in alignment with company objectives.
  • Proactively sell Loewe Perfumes products, ensuring a luxury standard of service.
  • Lead and coach the team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer engagement.
  • Implement cross-selling strategies to increase average transaction value and units.
  • Educate and train team members on Loewe Perfumes' product knowledge and brand stories.
  • Initiate customer interactions and provide personalized product recommendations.
  • Manage team performance, identifying coaching and development opportunities.
  • Oversee stock management in collaboration with the Area Manager.
  • Drive business growth through events and strategic collaborations.
  • Ensure completion of operational and administrative tasks to high standards.
  • Participate in merchandise management in accordance with corporate guidelines.
  • Build strong relationships with store management and adhere to store policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.

Skills

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in luxury sales techniques and customer service. Ability to manage stock and operational tasks efficiently. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in a comparable position within the luxury retail industry is required.
