Role & Responsibilities
- Set and communicate sales targets for team members in alignment with company goals.
- Drive proactive sales of LOEWE Perfumes products, ensuring a luxury service standard for all customers.
- Lead and coach the team to achieve sales targets, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Implement cross-selling strategies to enhance average transaction value and units.
- Educate and train team members on product knowledge and brand storytelling.
- Engage with customers, providing personalized product recommendations and overcoming objections.
- Manage team performance, identifying coaching and development opportunities.
- Oversee stock management in collaboration with the Area Manager.
- Organize and execute business growth initiatives through events and collaborations.
- Ensure completion of operational and administrative tasks to a high standard.
- Participate in merchandise management in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- Adhere to company and store policies, building strong relationships with store management.

Experience
