Role & Responsibilities

  • Set sales targets for team members in alignment with company expectations.
  • Actively sell LOEWE Perfumes products while delivering a luxury standard of service to customers.
  • Lead and coach the team to ensure awareness and achievement of sales targets.
  • Proactively engage in cross-selling across product categories to increase average transaction value and units.
  • Educate and train team members on LOEWE Perfumes products and brand stories.
  • Initiate customer contact and engage them both at the counter and through traffic stopping.
  • Manage team members by identifying coaching and development opportunities and providing training and guidance.
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to manage stock levels effectively.
  • Grow the business through events and collaborations.
  • Ensure completion of operational and administrative tasks to the highest standard.
  • Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Adhere to company procedures and policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
  • Build relationships with store management and adhere to store policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by the management team.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the luxury retail or cosmetics industry.
