Role & Responsibilities
- Set sales targets for team members in alignment with company expectations.
- Actively sell LOEWE Perfumes products while delivering a luxury standard of service to customers.
- Lead and coach the team to ensure awareness and achievement of sales targets.
- Proactively engage in cross-selling across product categories to increase average transaction value and units.
- Educate and train team members on LOEWE Perfumes products and brand stories.
- Initiate customer contact and engage them both at the counter and through traffic stopping.
- Manage team members by identifying coaching and development opportunities and providing training and guidance.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to manage stock levels effectively.
- Grow the business through events and collaborations.
- Ensure completion of operational and administrative tasks to the highest standard.
- Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
- Adhere to company procedures and policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
- Build relationships with store management and adhere to store policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as directed by the management team.

Skills
Experience
Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the luxury retail or cosmetics industry.
