Role & Responsibilities

  • Set sales targets for team members in alignment with company expectations.
  • Proactively sell LOEWE Perfumes products, ensuring a luxury standard of service.
  • Lead and coach the team to achieve sales targets and enhance performance.
  • Engage in cross-selling to increase average transaction value and units.
  • Educate and train team members on product knowledge and brand stories.
  • Initiate customer contact and provide a welcoming experience.
  • Manage team performance, identifying coaching and development opportunities.
  • Oversee stock levels in collaboration with the Area Manager.
  • Drive business growth through events and collaborations.
  • Complete operational and administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Participate in merchandise management according to corporate guidelines.
  • Adhere to company and store policies and procedures.
  • Build relationships with store management and staff.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Skills

Strong leadership and coaching abilities. Excellent sales and customer service skills. Proficiency in cross-selling techniques. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of luxury perfumes and cosmetics. Ability to manage stock and inventory efficiently.

Experience

A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.
