Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Key Account Manager in daily operations and strategic oversight of key clients.
  • Conduct in-depth sell-out and sell-in analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Perform comprehensive stock-on-hand analysis and manage stock coverage proactively.
  • Manage and track client orders, ensuring timely service and swift issue resolution.
  • Cultivate and strengthen client relationships by understanding their business needs and challenges.
  • Prepare and contribute to monthly account performance reviews.
  • Provide support in account operations, including reporting, data analysis, and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficient in English and Spanish; French or other languages are a plus.
  • Immediate availability and ability to sign a university agreement for at least 9 months.
