Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize workshop activities with the team to achieve objectives and enhance team performance.
  • Drive team performance and operational efficiency.
  • Distribute operational workload, guide decision-making, and prioritize tasks.
  • Provide technical support to the team and collaboratively seek process improvement opportunities.
  • Advance workshop activities and operational processes in collaboration with the team and support services.
  • Contribute to the definition of standards and best practices.
  • Participate in recruitment, foster team cohesion, motivate, and ensure the development and versatility of team members.

Qualifications

  • Degree in mechanics, microtechnology, or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct management experience.
  • Essential mechanical knowledge.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing tools.
  • Proficiency in office software (MS Office).

Skills

Ability to integrate micromechanics with new technologies. Capacity to unite a team around a common goal. Strong communication skills and active listening to facilitate engaging sessions. Focus on qualitative and quantitative objectives while maintaining internal client service orientation.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in direct management roles within a relevant industry.

Education

Degree in mechanics, microtechnology, or equivalent.
