Role & Responsibilities

  • Identify, analyze, and address internal non-conformities within the assigned scope of activity, including associated action plans.
  • Propose and implement curative, corrective, and preventive actions related to processes, procedures, and controls, ensuring follow-up throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Participate in the new product industrialization process, including monitoring and reporting on initial production runs.
  • Establish, support, and monitor Quality procedures.
  • Organize awareness and training sessions for personnel on the importance of adhering to quality standards.
  • Prepare the drafting of quality manuals and procedures.
  • Implement and maintain necessary documentation for continuous improvement and/or internal non-conformities, including process/product deviations, Quality Flashes, procedures, and instructions.
  • Optimize Quality processes.
  • Analyze daily performance indicators within the assigned scope.
  • Lead improvement projects.

Qualifications

  • Technician ES diploma and/or Engineer with a specialization in Quality or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of watchmaking production methods, with experience in high-end dial manufacturing being an advantage.

Skills

Proficiency in quality tools, statistical analysis, and problem-solving techniques. Ability to lead projects effectively. Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with diplomacy. Result-oriented with a focus on action and ability to manage complexity.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in a similar quality-focused role, preferably within the luxury watchmaking industry.

Education

Technician ES diploma and/or Engineer with a specialization in Quality or equivalent.
