Role & Responsibilities

• Identify and address non-conformities through cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Apply problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, QRQC, and 5P.
• Establish and maintain documentation for continuous improvements and internal non-conformities.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Microengineering with a specialization in quality or equivalent education.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within a Quality Service in the watchmaking industry.
• Proficiency in quality tools, statistical analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Strong ability to read technical plans and use various measuring instruments.
• Ability to lead improvement projects in a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a diplomatic approach.
• Action-oriented with a focus on achieving results and managing complexity.
• Strong analytical skills and stress management.

Skills

Experience

At least 3 years of experience in a similar quality role within the watchmaking industry.

Education

Diploma in Microengineering with a specialization in quality or equivalent.
