Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and address non-conformities through cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Apply problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, QRQC, and 5P.
- Establish and maintain documentation for continuous improvements and internal non-conformities.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Microengineering with a specialization in quality or equivalent education.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within a Quality Service in the watchmaking industry.
- Proficiency in quality tools, statistical analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Strong ability to read technical plans and use various measuring instruments.
- Ability to lead improvement projects in a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a diplomatic approach.
- Action-oriented with a focus on achieving results and managing complexity.
- Strong analytical skills and stress management.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of experience in a similar quality role within the watchmaking industry.
Education
Diploma in Microengineering with a specialization in quality or equivalent.
