Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze product disruptions in movement components.
- Address non-conformities through root cause analysis and implement corrective, preventive, and curative actions.
- Apply quality tools and problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, QRQC, and 5P, and participate in post audits based on encountered disruptions.
- Support workshops by defining control methods, tools, and training for relevant personnel.
- Form, lead, and manage multidisciplinary working groups.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Technician ES degree in Micromechanics with a specialization in quality or equivalent education.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a Quality Service, preferably in the watchmaking industry.
