Role & Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and oversee stamping, machining, welding, and manual operations to meet quality and deadline requirements.
Ensure optimal stock coverage by managing load/capacity alignment and enhancing industrial performance to balance work-in-progress and streamline the workshop.
Lead, support, motivate, and develop a team of 18 employees, including 8 working in shifts.
Guide team members in individual and team performance management, promoting training, learning, versatility, and initiatives for personal and team development.
Drive problem-solving initiatives using various methodologies and implement continuous improvement strategies to stabilize processes and reduce non-quality rates.

Qualifications

Technical degree or Engineer's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent education.
5 years of managerial experience in an industrial production environment.
Knowledge of the watchmaking sector is a significant advantage.

Skills

Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and production management (OEE, 5S, Kanban, Conwip, problem-solving methods). Proficiency in ERP systems and office software (MS Office). Excellent interpersonal skills for creating and maintaining cross-functional relationships. Strong oral and written communication skills. Exceptional planning and coordination abilities. Result-oriented with the ability to unite and engage individuals around a common goal. True ambassador of core company values.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within an industrial production setting is required.

Education

Technical degree or Engineer's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
