Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the activities of the Fonds production line, ensuring the achievement of Quality, Agility, and Efficiency (QAE) objectives in alignment with Patek Philippe standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of approximately twenty employees, fostering individual and collective performance through training, learning, and versatility.
  • Facilitate problem-solving initiatives, engaging teams in a results-oriented continuous improvement approach to meet line performance goals.
  • Manage production flow using the CONWIP methodology to control work-in-progress, secure timelines, and ensure adherence to the production plan.
  • Drive continuous improvement actions and the 5S methodology in collaboration with support services such as Quality, Methods, Logistics, and HR.

Qualifications

  • Technical ES degree and/or Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent education.
  • Previous managerial experience in industrial production.

Skills

Strong knowledge of continuous improvement and production management tools (5S, Kanban, Conwip, problem-solving methods). Excellent understanding of the overall functioning of an industrial enterprise, both operationally and organizationally. Proficiency in MS Office. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong sense of listening. Ability to build cross-functional relationships within activities. Proactive, decisive, organized, and adaptable in a dynamic and demanding environment.

Experience

Previous managerial experience in industrial production is required.

Education

Technical ES degree and/or Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent education.
