Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and assistance to all divisions of the Manufacture and production sites on various topics, including contract review, drafting, and negotiation.
  • Assist with data protection management, including maintaining processing records and conducting legal research.
  • Coordinate and manage litigation cases in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Manage interactions with international subsidiaries on diverse legal matters.
  • Draft legal correspondence and internal legal notes.
  • Prepare presentations and internal reports for operational departments.
  • Conduct general legal monitoring related to relevant legislative and regulatory developments.
  • Oversee the complete administrative management and follow-up of ongoing cases and collaborate on cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

  • Swiss attorney's license or equivalent qualification.
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience, including initial experience in a law firm and subsequent in-house experience, ideally in an international environment.
  • Proven experience in commercial law and data protection law.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English. Analytical, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset. Ability to synthesize and simplify complex legal information. Meticulous attention to detail and reliability. Positive, collaborative, and flexible attitude. Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment. Autonomy and sense of responsibility, with a preference for working in a small team.

Experience

3 to 5 years of professional experience, with initial experience in a law firm and subsequent in-house experience, ideally in an international environment.

Education

Swiss attorney's license or equivalent qualification.
