Role & Responsibilities
- Manage master data autonomously and ensure its continuous maintenance and evolution according to established standards.
- Guarantee data coherence across key information systems (ERP, PLM, Salesforce) by applying business rules and implementing product-related changes.
- Define and document business rules that secure product structure, change management and compliance with local and international standards.
- Provide second-line support to the Service Client International division and to international subsidiaries in collaboration with IT to align processes and system evolution.
- Draft procedures and governance documentation related to master data and information systems activities.
- Participate in application projects and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize information flows and system usage.
Qualifications
- Technician diploma (Technicien ES), Bachelor in Industrial Management or equivalent qualification.
- Sound knowledge of GPAO/MRP processes and ERP systems; experience with SAP is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with PLM solutions and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
- Good command of English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, diplomatic communication and ability to work with international stakeholders.
- High level of rigor, precision, analytical and synthesis skills; proactive, solution-oriented and service-minded.

Experience
Several years of professional experience in master data management, information systems or industrial data governance, preferably within manufacturing or luxury goods environments and involving ERP/PLM implementations or integrations (typical expectation: 3+ years).
Education
Technician diploma (Technicien ES), Bachelor in Industrial Management or equivalent.
