Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and direct the activities of the office to achieve results while maintaining quality and deadlines.
  • Lead, support, encourage, motivate, and develop the team.
  • Coordinate and analyze logistical flows.
  • Ensure resource adjustments align with production capacities and workload plans.
  • Design, develop, implement, and monitor division indicators and dashboards.
  • Manage coordination with client division planning.
  • Establish production plans with the Logistics Manager and ensure objectives are met.

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent in Industrial Logistics or Production Management.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in logistics planning, ideally within the watchmaking industry.
  • 3 to 5 years of team management experience.

Skills

Excellent understanding of logistical flows, planning techniques, and methodologies. Experience in production management within an industrial environment. Proficient in ERP systems (ideally SAP) and office tools (MS Office). Ability to lead and motivate a team. Strong analytical and synthesis skills. Organized and meticulous. Excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy.

Experience

A minimum of 10 years in logistics planning, with 3 to 5 years in team management, preferably in the watchmaking industry.

Education

University degree or equivalent in Industrial Logistics or Production Management.
