Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in a 5S improvement project within a production workshop.
  • Lead a small workgroup focused on a 5S issue.
  • Conduct and participate in 5S audits.
  • Analyze existing audits and propose optimizations for the 5S audit process.
  • Develop action plans related to 5S activities.
  • Implement actions in production workshops.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of the 5S process as a 'Methods' actor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microtechnology, ideally with an industrial or horological focus.

Skills

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Attention to detail, analytical and synthesis skills. Solution-oriented mindset and proactive approach. Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and service orientation. Ability to express oneself in group settings.

Experience

Relevant academic background in Microtechnology with exposure to industrial or horological applications.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microtechnology.
