Overview
Paris Match, a distinguished entity in the French media landscape for over 75 years, is renowned for its unique blend of journalism, imagery, and emotion. As part of a transformative phase in media consumption and business models, Paris Match is strategically expanding its growth avenues to enhance brand desirability, broaden its audience, and generate additional revenue streams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and manage the diversification strategy for France, identifying new development areas such as proprietary events, derivative products, and services.
- Develop business cases, define economic models, and oversee budgets and contracts.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders including advertising, editorial, communication, legal, and production teams.
- Formulate an international expansion roadmap for Paris Match, identifying priority geographic areas.
- Develop licensing, franchising, or partnership approaches, and co-create projects with foreign media, luxury brands, galleries, or cultural institutions.
- Conduct sectoral monitoring on new forms of brand diversification and propose differentiating initiatives.
- Oversee project execution with creative rigor and precision.
- Collaborate closely with the Brand & Communication department and work jointly with advertising, legal, editorial, and communication teams.
- Interface with external partners such as luxury houses, museums, international media, and cultural agencies.
- Achieve objectives and success indicators within 12-18 months, including launching 2-3 pilot diversification projects with positive ROI, establishing a first structured international partnership, creating a pipeline of qualified projects, enhancing brand visibility beyond media, and constructing replicable and sustainable models.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 10 to 12 years of experience in brand development, licensing, diversification, or marketing and commercial direction.
- International experience and license management expertise are highly advantageous.
- Experience in a transforming media, lifestyle, cultural, or heritage brand is valued.

Education
Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
