Role & Responsibilities
- Define and lead the digital audience acquisition strategy across key channels including SEO, SEA, social media, and affiliate marketing.
- Deploy and monitor multichannel acquisition campaigns, analyzing performance metrics such as reach, CPL, and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with editorial, digital, and subscription teams to maximize visibility and engagement.
- Structure and enhance the customer database, enriching user insights.
- Develop and implement relational journeys and animation plans, including newsletters and trigger marketing.
- Segment audiences and deploy targeted campaigns to achieve audience, engagement, and revenue objectives.
- Identify and establish strategic digital partnerships to expand audience reach and strengthen data capabilities.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, oversee implementation, and evaluate performance.
- Collaborate closely with Digital, Subscription, and Social Media teams to ensure cohesive customer journeys.
- Interface with technical and data teams to optimize CRM tools and tracking systems.
- Coordinate with advertising teams on audience monetization and data enrichment strategies.
- Work with Brand & Communication Manager on global relational strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Digital Marketing (Bac+5 equivalent).
- 6 to 10 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, audience development, or media performance.
- Experience in media environments, digital platforms, or brands with a strong relational component is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of technical and data environments.

Minimum of 10 years in relevant fields including CRM, digital marketing, and audience development.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business or Digital Marketing (Bac+5 equivalent).
