Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of a three-year strategic plan with innovative recommendations for franchise growth.
  • Identify development opportunities by analyzing product line performance, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Lead product conceptualization and development, including formulation, packaging, pricing, and profitability, while liaising with various departments such as laboratories, technical development, purchasing, and finance.
  • Ensure the development and coherence of 360-degree elements supporting product launches, including communication, point-of-sale materials, training, digital presence, and consumer experience.
  • Manage and proactively oversee the budget allocated to the department.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (Master's level, such as a business school degree or equivalent university qualification).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in international luxury product marketing development, preferably within the beauty sector.
  • Fluency in English and French.

Skills

Creativity and trend awareness with a pragmatic strategic vision. Strong aesthetic sensitivity and affinity for fashion and the arts. Analytical and synthesis skills with a collaborative team spirit.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in international luxury product marketing development, ideally within the beauty industry.

Education

Master's degree or equivalent in a related field.
