Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tester bottles by wiping them regularly.
• Spray fragrance in the counter area every 30 minutes.
• Ensure the counter surface is clean and tidy at all times.
• Return testers to their designated places after use.
• Organize and store paper bags and related materials.
• Prepare ribbons and packaging materials as required.
• Assist in inventory management.
• Greet customers with a smile and invite them into the store.
• Distribute fragrance samples to customers.
• Guide customers to the counter and introduce them to beauty advisors.
• Serve water to customers and invite them to be seated.
• Assist beauty advisors with gift wrapping.
• Engage with customers using simple greetings to avoid awkward waiting periods.
• Encourage customers to scan the company QR code and distribute samples upon successful scanning.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a student.
• Passionate about makeup and eager to learn more about beauty products.
• Outgoing personality with honesty and reliability.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with others.
• Excellent service awareness and ability to integrate quickly into a team.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Experience

No prior experience required, but a passion for beauty and customer interaction is essential.

Education

Currently enrolled in a higher education institution.
