Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement the national sales strategy for the Swiss and Austrian markets.
  • Conduct regular Sell-In meetings with assigned customers.
  • Support Sales Directors in annual negotiations.
  • Strengthen relationships with key accounts and ensure alignment with deliverables.
  • Act as Product Owner for the internal Field Force Tool (Simplifield).
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and other departments to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and monitor performance metrics.
  • Manage new product launches and track sell-in activities.
  • Lead monthly meetings and manage project coordination.
  • Prepare reports for headquarters and manage inquiries related to multibrand products.
  • Participate in retail project roll-outs and facilitate communication between teams and retail counters.
  • Conduct sales analysis and prepare presentations.
  • Support retail excellence projects and manage operational tasks.
  • Collect and analyze data on the company's ecological footprint.
  • Assist in implementing sustainability programs and initiatives.
  • Prepare and present updates for the Sustainability Committee.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from a business school, hotel school, or university, ideally with a master’s degree in Communication or Marketing.
  • Fluency in German and French; English proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Prior experience in PR or luxury sectors is highly desirable.

Skills

Strong attention to detail and prioritization skills. Ability to adapt communication styles for various stakeholders. Outgoing and independent personality with a proactive mindset.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Education

Graduate from a business school, hotel school, or university, ideally with a master’s degree in Communication or Marketing.
