Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project management from brief to delivery.
  • Provide solutions to meet cost, quality, and delivery service requirements.
  • Manage Asian-based suppliers and ensure efficient communication with the central team.
  • Follow purchasing strategy and processes in daily operations.
  • Handle new projects independently from brief to delivery with effective cost, planning, and quality solutions.
  • Respond to HQ, distribution centers, and markets regarding reorder references and provide solutions for cost, lead-time, capacity, and quality.
  • Ensure supplier compliance with purchasing strategy and policy.
  • Collaborate with suppliers on innovation, eco-conception, and sustainability studies in packaging.
  • Report regularly to the manager on project progress and potential risks.
  • Conduct frequent project review meetings with suppliers and HQ teams.
  • Contribute to team objectives and scorecards, including cost, OTIF, QCR, Eco, and Localization.
  • Perform other cross-functional tasks as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.

Skills

Proficiency in English; French is a plus. Experience in cosmetics or packaging preferred. Strong project management skills for cost and retro planning control. Expertise in purchasing skills such as bidding, negotiation, and supplier management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Rigorous methodology and logical thinking. Autonomous, efficient, and result-oriented. Quick learner with the ability to identify and analyze issues, risks, and problems. Ability to work under pressure.

Experience

2-3 years of experience in related areas, preferably in cosmetics or packaging.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or above.
