Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage product category portfolio to achieve business targets through consumer activation, product news, and integrated marketing support.
  • Enhance brand image through disciplined and creative communication strategies.
  • Conduct market trend and competition analysis, including monitoring competitors' activities and analyzing competitive offerings.
  • Understand consumer needs and expectations, including those of Dior users and potential consumers.
  • Manage product forecasts and cosmetic portfolio with accuracy, ensuring timely delivery of product information.
  • Develop and implement localized launch plans based on international marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize the impact of product launches through storytelling, advertising, and merchandising.
  • Work with media and PR teams to develop impactful social campaigns and advertising materials.
  • Coordinate with visual merchandising and e-commerce teams to ensure effective implementation of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with BI and CRM teams on market insights and consumer recruitment campaigns.
  • Lead event design and consumer engagement initiatives based on product concepts and budget guidelines.
  • Work with training teams to ensure consistent storytelling in all training sessions.

Qualifications

  • University graduate or higher
