Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Associate Marketing Director in coordinating team activities, administration, reporting, and presentations.
  • Consolidate and prepare the overall marketing plan and presentations.
  • Generate weekly, monthly, and yearly sell-out reports by line.
  • Conduct monthly investment comparisons and prepare reports by touch-points and line targets.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activities weekly and monthly.
  • Analyze beauty research data and contribute to marketing, innovation, merchandising, and event plans.
  • Prepare and consolidate marketing decks for top management visits and brand meetings.
  • Support the marketing team with administrative tasks, including purchase order creation and processing, gratis order management, and expense control.
  • Manage itineraries for marketing-related meetings and central visitors.
  • Participate in the preparation and execution of marketing activations, including pop-ups, event programs, material development, and digital activations.

Qualifications

  • University graduate with a bachelor's degree or higher.
