Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the fragrance counter team to maximize performance in sales and customer service.
  • Set individual KPIs for team members and guide their development using Dior's tools and training materials.

  • Develop business plans to expand the customer base and enhance Dior's market position.
  • Monitor competitors and identify opportunities for business development.
  • Lead the implementation of Dior promotional programs and ensure the vitality of the store.
  • Optimize inventory and sales through data analysis and effective communication with support departments.
  • Ensure a customer-centric, service-oriented approach, providing high-level service throughout the sales process.
  • Utilize customer data to enhance retention, recruitment, and loyalty.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including shift planning, inventory management, and sales analysis.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of management experience in luxury retail.
  • Proven track record in retail performance, including sales and profitability.
  • Experience in a luxury retail environment.

Exceptional sales skills. Proficiency in digital tools and online platforms. Strong knowledge of beauty products and terminology. Advanced computer and analytical skills. Excellent customer management abilities. Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Outstanding team management capabilities.

Experience

A minimum of five years in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector, with a focus on achieving sales targets and enhancing customer experiences.
