Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the counter team to maximize performance in sales and customer management.
  • Ensure adherence to Dior's strategic objectives and standards.
  • Set individual KPIs for team members and develop their skills using Dior's tools and training materials.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Drive sales performance through effective use of resources, including products, services, and events.
  • Develop business plans to expand the customer base and enhance market presence.
  • Monitor competitors and identify business development opportunities.
  • Implement and energize Dior's promotional programs.
  • Manage internal and external communications to ensure successful in-store and online activities.
  • Optimize stock levels and sales through data analysis and departmental communication.
  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
  • Utilize customer data to enhance loyalty and retention.
  • Plan and execute boutique events to increase foot traffic and customer loyalty.
  • Complete daily administrative tasks, including shift planning, inventory management, and sales analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and employee codes of conduct.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of management experience in luxury retail.
  • Proven track record in retail performance, sales, and profitability.
  • Experience in a luxury retail environment.

Skills

Excellent sales skills. Proficiency in digital platforms. Strong knowledge of beauty products and terminology. Advanced computer and analytical skills. Customer management expertise. Fluent in Mandarin and English (for large stores). Exceptional leadership and team development skills.

Experience

A minimum of five years in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector, with a strong record in sales and profitability.
