Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the team to achieve monthly sales targets.

- Ensure proper counter display, stock management, sales reporting, staff presentation, training, and customer service.
- Communicate company requirements and updates to counter staff promptly.
- Collect and report information on mall and competitor activities to supervisors regularly.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience as a department store counter manager, preferably in cosmetics.
- High school diploma or higher.
