- Monitor market trends to identify opportunities and potential projects in key cities.
- Review and adjust business development approaches as necessary.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key landlords to establish strong business rapport.
- Negotiate with landlords to secure profitable deals, close business transactions, and maintain extensive market knowledge.
- Monitor ongoing projects, addressing conflicts or queries to ensure smooth project execution and successful completion.
