Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the achievement of sales and profitability targets.
  • Drive and oversee store performance and manage commercial activities in line with performance indicators.
  • Provide robust support to headquarters through result analysis, reporting, and implementation of development or corrective action plans.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for business development.
  • Actively promote and ensure the successful implementation of Dior initiatives, motivating the store and managing internal and external communications effectively.
  • Optimize inventory levels and sales through sales data analysis and communication with back-office departments.
  • Exhibit the Dior image to clients, external parties, and the sales team.
  • Promote a customer and service-centric philosophy within the team, delivering a world-class customer experience in the boutique.
  • Propose and execute plans to drive store traffic, develop customer loyalty, ensure quality service, and acquire new clients.
  • Manage and lead the team in customer and client relationship management, including effective use of tools.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising as set by the visual merchandising department.
  • Communicate and provide feedback on brand and company strategies, projects, and objectives to the team.
  • Manage and motivate team members in a supportive environment for daily work and long-term development.
  • Utilize company tools and training to manage performance and enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
  • Set personal goals for team members.
  • Set an example for all boutique activities and rules.
  • Develop schedules based on team and business needs.
  • Ensure the team is knowledgeable about all categories of brand history and product information.
  • Assist in recruiting high-quality team members and ensure their retention through effective management of their tenure and performance.
  • Ensure the team respects Dior standards in brand knowledge, behavior, and performance.
  • Define and manage the boutique's daily administrative tasks, ensuring the execution and tracking of retail performance tools such as ATR and IT equipment.
  • Manage inventory effectively based on quantity and sales guidelines, ensuring inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure business compliance across the boutique and team, adhering to company procedures in all aspects including cash, inventory, IT, and security.
  • Ensure health and safety management in the boutique and team, meeting brand and legal expectations.

Qualifications

  • Over 3 years of experience as a business or boutique manager, preferably in luxury retail, managing a team of 5 to 10 people.
  • Proven track record in retail performance (sales and profitability).

Skills

Excellent sales and communication skills. Strong computer and analytical skills. Customer service and management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Employee management skills (ability to manage, motivate, guide, and develop staff).

Experience

Over 3 years of experience in a managerial role within luxury retail, managing a team of 5 to 10 individuals.
