Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-store and online sales activities as a personal sales consultant.
  • Adhere to the D.I.O.R. sales method to provide high-standard service and unforgettable customer experiences.
  • Identify and understand customer needs to recommend personalized products and services.
  • Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to monthly store KPIs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Register customer data and execute CRM activities using Dior tools.
  • Ensure the beauty salon meets hygiene and quality standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report issues to the counter manager.
  • Provide high-quality beauty salon services and personalized skincare rituals.
  • Lead beauty salon appointments and maintain client loyalty.
  • Participate in skincare activities and training sessions as required.

Qualifications

  • Experience in luxury skincare is preferred.
  • 4-8 years of professional skincare experience is advantageous.

Skills

Excellent sales and customer service skills. Proficient in facial and body skincare techniques with five years of experience. Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English (for larger stores). In-depth knowledge of skincare products and services. Ability to guide and develop staff in skincare consultations.

Experience

4-8 years of professional skincare experience is preferred, particularly in the luxury sector.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent from a beauty school.
