Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Dior, promoting the brand and its values with enthusiasm.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to create memorable client experiences while achieving sales targets.
  • Conduct both in-store and online sales activities, adhering to the D.I.O.R. method.
  • Understand and anticipate customer needs, providing personalized product recommendations and services.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, enhancing customer loyalty.
  • Manage client data and execute CRM activities using dedicated systems.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability, reporting issues to the counter manager.
  • Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and employee guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in retail and service industries, preferably in luxury goods (1-2 years).
  • Proven track record of performance in a luxury retail environment.

Skills

Excellent sales skills, with a preference for experience in the luxury sector. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, with English proficiency preferred for larger stores. Customer-centric approach with the ability to build strong client relationships. Results-oriented with the ability to consistently achieve targets. Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in embracing and learning new technologies.

Experience

1-2 years of professional experience in retail and service industries, with a preference for luxury goods experience.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent from a beauty academy.
