Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve personal sales targets while enhancing the brand image and delivering top-tier customer service.

  • Recommend and demonstrate personalized products, including fragrances, cosmetics, and skincare.

  • Maintain counter operations in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Monitor inventory levels, report issues to the counter manager, and ensure stock adequacy.
  • Execute assigned business and administrative tasks.
  • Adhere to company and counter operational requirements, including attendance and punctuality.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in retail and service industries, with a preference for luxury sector experience (1-2 years).

Skills

Exceptional sales skills. Outstanding service capabilities. Proficient in local language with excellent communication skills. Extensive knowledge of cosmetics. Passion for beauty, fashion, and the luxury industry.

Experience

1-2 years of professional experience in the retail and service sectors, preferably within the luxury industry.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent from a beauty school.
