Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador for Dior, passionately promoting the brand and its values.
  • Achieve personal sales targets while enhancing the brand image and providing top-tier customer service.
  • Exhibit the Dior attitude at all times as a member of the Dior team.
  • Meet customer needs through high-standard service, creating a unique and perfect shopping experience.
  • Demonstrate excellent service standards and attention to detail when interacting with customers at the counter.
  • Identify and understand customer needs with precision.

  • Execute assigned business and administrative tasks.
  • Adhere to company and counter operational requirements, including attendance and punctuality.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in retail and service industries, with preference for luxury sector experience (1-2 years).
