Role & Responsibilities

  • Identify and understand customer needs, offering personalized product recommendations.
  • Foster long-term relationships with existing and new clients, enhancing customer loyalty.
  • Manage customer data and execute CRM activities using Dior's tools.
  • Ensure stock levels are monitored and maintained, reporting issues to the counter manager.
  • Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and employee guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in retail and service industries, with preference for luxury sector experience (1-2 years).
  • Proven track record in luxury retail environments.

Skills

Excellent sales skills, with a preference for luxury industry experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, with English proficiency for larger stores. Customer-centric approach with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using new technologies and tools.

Experience

1-2 years of professional experience in retail and service industries, preferably within the luxury sector.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent from a beauty school.
