Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers, understanding their needs and providing personalized product recommendations.
  • Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to store KPIs.
  • Maintain product and competitor knowledge.
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Register customer data and execute CRM activities.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
  • Perform cash register operations and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in retail and service industries, preferably within luxury sectors.
  • Proven track record in luxury retail environments.

Skills

Excellent sales skills, with a preference for luxury industry experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in Mandarin; English proficiency for larger stores. Customer-centric approach with strong interpersonal skills. Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments. Technological proficiency and willingness to learn new tools.

Experience

1-2 years of professional experience in retail and service industries, with a preference for luxury sector experience.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent from a beauty school.
