Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, passionately promoting the Dior brand and its values.
- Achieve personal sales targets while enhancing the brand image and providing top-tier customer service.
- Exhibit the Dior attitude at all times as a member of the Dior team.
- Fulfill customer needs through high-standard service, creating a unique and perfect shopping experience.
- Demonstrate excellent service standards and attention to detail during customer interactions at the counter.
- Perceptively identify and understand customer needs.
- Recommend and showcase personalized products, including fragrances, cosmetics, and skincare.
- Suggest complementary products within categories and provide a holistic beauty approach to customers.
- Meet sales performance metrics based on monthly sales targets and counter sales contribution rates.
- Educate customers about the Dior brand and products.
- Participate in counter sales maintenance according to company guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels, report issues to the counter manager, and ensure stock sufficiency.
- Execute assigned business and administrative tasks.
- Comply with company and counter operational requirements, including attendance and punctuality, and adhere to Dior beauty standards.
- Report to the Counter Manager/Boutique Manager.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams.
Qualifications
- Professional experience in retail and service industries, with preference for luxury sector experience (1-2 years).

1-2 years of professional experience in retail and service industries, preferably within the luxury sector.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent from a beauty school.
