Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-store and online sales activities as a personal sales advisor.
  • Adhere to the D.I.O.R. method to provide high-standard service and memorable customer experiences.
  • Demonstrate excellent service standards and attention to detail during customer interactions.
  • Identify and understand customer needs with precision.
  • Recommend and showcase personalized products, offering a comprehensive beauty approach across categories.
  • Communicate brand and product information enthusiastically.
  • Achieve retail sales targets both in-store and online, contributing to monthly store KPIs.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the brand, product categories, and competitors.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with existing clients both in-store and remotely.
  • Focus on recruiting new clients and increasing return visits.
  • Register client data in dedicated systems and execute all CRM activities.
  • Utilize Dior content and tools to increase foot traffic and foster customer loyalty.
  • Monitor inventory levels daily, report issues to the counter manager, and ensure stock adequacy.
  • Oversee shelf stock and display new products as needed.
  • Perform cashier operations and reconcile daily revenues, if applicable.
  • Execute assigned business and administrative tasks.
  • Strictly adhere to all company policies, SOPs, and employee code of conduct.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in retail and service industries, with preference for luxury sector experience (1-2 years).
  • Proven track record of success in a luxury retail environment.

Skills

Excellent sales skills with preference for luxury industry experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in Mandarin and proficiency in English (for larger stores). Customer-centric approach with strong relationship-building capabilities. Results and action-oriented with consistent performance in challenging environments. Experience
