Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct both in-store and online sales activities, adhering to the D.I.O.R. sales methodology.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with existing and new clients, enhancing client loyalty and retention.
  • Manage client data and execute CRM activities using dedicated systems.
  • Ensure optimal inventory levels and report issues to the counter manager.
  • Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and employee code of conduct.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in retail or service industries, preferably in luxury.
  • Proven track record of outstanding performance in a luxury retail environment.

Skills

Excellent sales techniques, with a preference for luxury industry experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin; English proficiency preferred for larger stores. Ability to build strong client relationships and respond to their needs effectively.

Experience

1-2 years of professional experience in retail or service industries, with a preference for luxury sector experience.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent from a beauty school.
