Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct accurate reconciliation of retail transactions, promptly reporting any anomalies to client companies and liaising with banks to meet internal deadlines.
  • Prepare payment schedules and upload them into treasury systems.
  • Ensure complete, accurate, and timely recording and reconciliation of bank transactions, including payments, customer receipts, other receipts on temporary accounts, fund transfers, and various debits.
  • Report any critical issues and operational challenges impacting service levels to the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Economics.

Skills

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel. Good command of the English language. Teamwork capabilities, precision, and organizational skills. Preferable knowledge and use of corporate banking systems like Piteco or similar treasury systems, and SAP. Previous experience in bank reconciliation activities.

Experience

Previous experience in bank reconciliation activities is preferred.

Education

Diploma or degree in Economics.
