Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely movement and organization of products within the stockroom, maintaining seamless stock management processes including inventories, organization, control, and audits.
  • Fulfill store product needs to optimize product distribution, enhance sales efficiency, and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Support the omnichannel sales cycle by managing inbound and outbound product flows, including order receipt, product packaging, billing, and associated administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals and maintain an accurate and organized store inventory, participating in cyclical counts and scheduled inventories.
  • Proactively execute shipping and receiving processes, working with management to resolve issues and implement necessary actions.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in similar roles with a comprehensive understanding of stock management workflows in retail.

Skills

Proficiency with digital tools. Excellent organizational skills and priority management. High adaptability and quick thinking with the ability to maintain perspective. Teamwork capability as well as the ability to work independently. Availability to work flexible hours from Monday to Sunday.

Experience

Prior experience in stock management or similar roles within the retail industry is required.
