Role & Responsibilities
- Perform stitching operations on leather and alternative material uppers.
- Operate flatbed, column, and other specialized sewing machines.
- Apply accessories such as linings, reinforcements, zippers, and inserts according to technical specifications.
- Inspect the quality of completed work, reporting any defects.
- Adhere to quality, safety, and production time standards.
- Collaborate with the department team to ensure smooth production flow.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a stitching specialist in the footwear industry.
- Preferably holds a professional qualification or diploma in footwear manufacturing.
- Excellent manual dexterity and precision.
- Knowledge of key stitching processes.
- Proficiency in operating industrial sewing machines.
- Attention to detail and quality orientation.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
