Role & Responsibilities

• Manage operational systems linked to the e-commerce platform, including Rbo, Stealth, and SAP.
• Analyze and control documents issued for shipments, returns, and discounts, ensuring compliance with fiscal and customs regulations.
• Create sales documents for marketplace transactions.
• Coordinate with external providers and internal offices to gather necessary materials and information for administrative activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in economics or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting, particularly in e-commerce.
• Knowledge of fiscal and customs issues in the European e-commerce sector.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Motivation, positivity, energy, and team collaboration skills.
• Initiative and proactive approach.
• Good written English proficiency.
• Proficiency in SAP/S3K and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

1-2 years of experience in accounting, particularly in e-commerce.
