Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the activities of the Quality Control team for the Leathergoods & Bijoux Division.
- Analyze data and monitor supplier performance.
- Develop and implement quality control strategies.
- Collaborate with regional teams to manage and monitor local quality control activities.
- Enhance and evolve IT tools related to quality assurance.
- Coordinate quality control activities with direct testers and contracted companies for finished products both domestically and internationally.
- Organize and structure quality reports for supply chain monitoring.
- Regularly share quality metrics and results with internal departments and suppliers.
- Collect and analyze data for quality control parameter adjustments.
- Define guidelines and parameters for finished product quality control and ensure their dissemination.
- Manage the quality control budget.
- Participate in the evolution of IT tools for quality assurance.
- Review and coordinate resolution activities for claims from regions.
- Engage in the industrialization and production initiation process.
- Define guidelines and instructions for finished product packaging.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the luxury or fashion industry.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of six years in a Quality Assurance role within the luxury or fashion sector is required.
