Role & Responsibilities
- Support the design, implementation and ongoing optimisation of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and Microsoft Advertising at a global scale.
- Monitor campaign KPIs and produce in-depth performance reports to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with SEO, CRM, Media, Analytics and Content teams to integrate paid activities into omnichannel strategies.
- Support execution and analysis of A/B tests to refine targeting, creatives and conversion pathways.
Qualifications
- Degree in Digital Marketing or a related discipline; educational background in fashion, luxury or e‑commerce is highly valued.
- Previous internship or professional experience in agencies or structured companies managing multi‑platform paid campaigns is a plus.
- Proficiency with the Office Package; working knowledge of Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms is advantageous.
- Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets.
- Fluent English and native or advanced Italian.

Experience
Entry-level: academic training in digital marketing with prior internships or coursework in paid media. Previous agency or in‑house experience managing multi‑platform paid campaigns is considered an advantage.
Education
Degree in Digital Marketing or a related field.
