Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute merchandising strategies impacting sales, profitability, and brand positioning.
  • Align product assortment with market trends, consumer demand, and seasonal opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the buying team for optimal product mix and pricing strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to drive data-backed assortment decisions.
  • Manage inventory allocation plans to optimize stock levels across all stores and channels.
  • Ensure product allocation minimizes out-of-stock situations and excess inventory.
  • Maintain price management and analysis consistency across channels.
  • Oversee PDH system updates and new product entries for accuracy.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and logistics for seamless replenishment and distribution.
  • Conduct sales forecasting at SKU, category, store, and regional levels.
  • Perform weekly performance reviews and develop monthly action plans.
  • Analyze sales, inventory turnover, and promotional effectiveness for strategic decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings with Store Managers, Marketing, Operations, and Purchasing.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales, inventory, KPIs, and merchandiser performance.
  • Maintain dashboards and visualization tools for leadership insights.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in merchandising or a related field within the fashion industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Experience
