Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze and industrialize selected leathers for footwear collections.
  • Verify the production feasibility of materials in collaboration with design and modeling teams.
  • Define and optimize processing cycles, treatments, and production processes for leathers.
  • Collaborate with suppliers for material development and refinement.
  • Support sampling and production launch phases.
  • Monitor quality, yield, and conformity of leathers during production.
  • Manage technical issues related to materials and propose improvement solutions.
  • Draft and update technical sheets and industrialization documentation.
  • Contribute to cost and time optimization while adhering to company standards.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in leather industrialization or similar roles within the footwear sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of leathers, their characteristics, and processing techniques.
  • Familiarity with footwear production stages.

Skills

Ability to interface with suppliers and internal departments. Technical analysis and problem-solving aptitude. Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, management systems, PLM). Precision, flexibility, and results-oriented mindset.

Experience

Prior experience in leather industrialization or related roles within the footwear industry is required.
