Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze and industrialize selected leathers for footwear collections.
- Verify the production feasibility of materials in collaboration with design and modeling teams.
- Define and optimize processing cycles, treatments, and production processes for leathers.
- Collaborate with suppliers for material development and refinement.
- Support sampling and production launch phases.
- Monitor quality, yield, and conformity of leathers during production.
- Manage technical issues related to materials and propose improvement solutions.
- Draft and update technical sheets and industrialization documentation.
- Contribute to cost and time optimization while adhering to company standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in leather industrialization or similar roles within the footwear sector.
- In-depth knowledge of leathers, their characteristics, and processing techniques.
- Familiarity with footwear production stages.
