Role & Responsibilities
- Develop production plans for assigned suppliers in collaboration with the production team.
- Initiate production launches, including order generation and pick list creation.
- Monitor the progress of production orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate material requirements with the purchasing department and raw materials warehouse to adhere to production schedules.
- Analyze and address collection issues or bottlenecks, proposing improvement plans.
- Maintain and develop analytical reports and documentation.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the textile sector.
- Degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Proficiency in computer systems, especially Microsoft Office (Excel), Stealth 3000, and PLM.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
