Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer loyalty and brand engagement.
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the store meets its sales targets.
- Implement clienteling strategies to drive store performance and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the visual merchandising team to ensure the store's presentation aligns with brand standards.
- Assist in managing and training store staff to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail management.
- Strong understanding of clienteling and customer relationship management.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in a luxury retail environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
