Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in executing the store strategy to maximize sales performance and deliver a comprehensive client experience.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business action plans to enhance sales across product categories and client segments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to cultivate meaningful and loyal client relationships through CRM initiatives.
  • Exemplify best-in-class sales and leadership by actively engaging with the team and resolving issues positively.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in a modern luxury retail environment.
  • Proven track record in team management and leadership.
  • Experience in driving KPIs and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
  • Excellent communication skills and commercial acumen.
  • Experience in managing complex store operations.
  • Digital proficiency and openness to new working methods.
  • Ability to interact effectively with international clients.
  • Passion for the Diesel brand and its heritage.
