Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in executing the store strategy to maximize sales performance and deliver a comprehensive client experience.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business action plans to enhance sales across product categories and client segments.
- Provide exceptional customer service to cultivate meaningful and loyal client relationships through CRM initiatives.
- Exemplify best-in-class sales and leadership by actively engaging with the team and resolving issues positively.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in a modern luxury retail environment.
- Proven track record in team management and leadership.
- Experience in driving KPIs and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
- Excellent communication skills and commercial acumen.
- Experience in managing complex store operations.
- Digital proficiency and openness to new working methods.
- Ability to interact effectively with international clients.
