Omega is hiring a Sales Representative (80%) for its Zermatt boutique, Switzerland. Luxury retail role focused on client service and watch expertise.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and cultivate long-term relationships through active clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling of Omega timepieces and accessories.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge of mechanical and quartz watches, complications and brand heritage to advise clients.
- Operate point-of-sale procedures accurately, handle transactions and maintain records in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising to brand guidelines, including window and in-store displays.
- Manage stock, intake and inventory, coordinate with after‑sales service and ensure secure handling of merchandise.
- Participate in promotional activities, events and local marketing initiatives to maximise store footfall and conversion.
- Adhere to compliance, loss-prevention and luxury retail service standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales; preferably 1–3 years in luxury goods, watches or jewellery.
- Strong customer-service orientation with a polished, professional appearance and manner.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident in high-touch, consultative sales.
- Numerical accuracy and experience handling POS transactions and cash procedures.
- Flexibility to work an 80% schedule including weekends, evenings and peak tourist periods.
- Legal entitlement to work in Switzerland.

Experience
1–3 years of hands-on retail experience, ideally within luxury watches, jewellery or premium fashion; demonstrable track record of achieving sales objectives and delivering high standards of client service.
Education
Secondary education (Matura/High School) or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or horology is an advantage.
