OMEGA seeks a Sales Consultant in Kuala Lumpur to deliver luxury client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, client-focused retail experience that reflects OMEGA's luxury brand standards and values.
  • Identify, develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and personalised service.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while maximising average transaction value and conversion rates.
  • Demonstrate expert product knowledge of OMEGA watches, movements and services; present products and collections with sophistication.
  • Execute point-of-sale transactions, returns and basic after-sales handling accurately and in line with company procedures.
  • Maintain boutique visual merchandising, presentation standards and stock integrity; assist with inventory and stock replenishment.
  • Participate in brand and product training, team meetings and sales initiatives; represent the brand at selected client events.

Qualifications

  • Secondary education required; tertiary diploma in retail, hospitality, business or related field is advantageous.
  • Professional, polished presentation and the ability to represent a luxury brand with discretion and integrity.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
  • Strong numeracy and cash-handling skills; attention to detail in transactions and documentation.
  • Availability to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and public holidays as required.

Experience

Previous experience in luxury retail, watch or jewellery sales is preferred; demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets will be highly regarded. Experience in high-touch client service environments is advantageous.

Education

Secondary school diploma required; diploma or certificate in retail, hospitality, business or a related discipline is a plus.
